Chantel serves as the Program Director at Evolve Therapy, where she helps oversee clinical programming, student development, and the implementation of services that support the practice’s mission of providing high-quality, trauma-informed care. In her leadership role, she works closely with clinicians, interns, and community partners to ensure that Evolve’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and client-centered care are upheld.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Chantel is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who provides psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and children. She has specialized training in EMDR therapy, play therapy, and Gottman Method-informed couples counseling. Chantel is passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting emotional wellness.
As Program Director, Chantel oversees Evolve’s educational initiatives, support groups, community outreach programs, and clinician development opportunities. Her commitment to both client care and professional mentorship helps foster a supportive environment where clients and future clinicians can grow and thrive.
