Diya Gandhi is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Jacksonville University working toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She is passionate about supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples as they navigate trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship concerns.
Diya’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and focuses on creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She is particularly interested in helping clients build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience.
Drawing from mindfulness-based and holistic perspectives, Diya helps clients explore their experiences with compassion while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
