Jacquelyn Mills is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Director at Evolve Therapy, where she serves as a key clinical leader driving excellence in trauma-informed care. In her role, she plays an active part in supporting clinical quality, mentoring therapists, and shaping care across the practice in alignment with Evolve Therapy’s integrative approach, “where psychiatry meets psychotherapy”.

Jackie is recognized within the practice for her strong clinical judgment, grounded presence, and commitment to delivering effective, evidence-based treatment. Her work is deeply rooted in trauma resolution, with a specialized focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She utilizes EMDR to help clients reprocess distressing experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop more adaptive, empowering beliefs. Jackie is currently pursuing EMDR certification, further strengthening her expertise and clinical precision in this modality.

Her therapeutic approach is intentional, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, integrating:
