Petergay specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and women’s mental health, with advanced training in EMDR therapy. She believes that healing occurs when neuroscience, compassion, and authentic human connection come together to create lasting change.
Beyond clinical practice, Petergay is dedicated to advancing the mental health profession by mentoring future clinicians, providing clinical supervision, and teaching trauma-informed care. Her vision for Evolve Therapy is to create a place where patients can heal, clinicians can grow, and the field of mental health continues to evolve.
When she’s not seeing clients, Petergay enjoys teaching, writing, speaking to the community about mental wellness, and developing innovative programs that make quality mental health care more accessible.
